Communicate with manufacturers and OEMs for defect analysis and improvements.Perform Continued Airworthiness and Technical Support tasks related to structures, cabin, and projects.
Review, assess, and recommend actions on airworthiness requirements, including Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.Attend technical review meetings and present reliability issues related to structures and cabin.
Produce base maintenance work specs and materials requirement sheets for ADs, SBs, repairs, and projects.Assist in developing approved maintenance programs with reference to aircraft manufacturer’s instructions and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and evaluate defects to ensure correct troubleshooting and clearance.Assist in evaluating processes to improve system reliability in collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers.
Provide assistance with investigations arising from ASRs, MORs, and ESRs.Assist in developing and implementing processes for the technical operation of the aircraft fleet.
Maintain a database of structural defects and repairs (dent and buckle).Maintain a database of information relevant to aircraft systems/components, including modification data and OEM documentation.

Minimum Qualification:
Secondary School Education + Engineering degree or EASA B1 or Time-served apprenticeship
Experience
At least 5 years in a similar role
Knowledge / Skills:
Knowledge of Airworthiness regulations (EASA / FAA / GCAA)Proficiency in IT systems
Amos knowledge is an advantageStructural repair and modification knowledge
