Job Outline
Plans the distribution and allocation of resources to ensure timely completion of processes and activities on shift.
Ensures safety of staff, providing guidance and support, and role-modeling desired safety behaviors.
Organizes and supervises team work to ensure efficient completion of tasks according to procedures and service standards.
Leads team activities related to handling incoming and outgoing flights as assigned.
Conducts shift briefings to clarify responsibilities aligned with SLAs at the start of each shift.
Provides performance feedback to line managers based on operations during the shift.
Ensures proper use and maintenance of allocated equipment and devices.
Conducts regular safety briefings to maintain adherence to safety standards.
Takes immediate action in response to risk exposures, models safe behaviors, and ensures corrective actions are followed up.
Complies with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.
Implements work instructions and ensures compliance with established standard operating procedures.
Ensures staff grooming meets dnata standards and requirements.
Escalates issues to shift Officers for proper follow-up on corrective measures.
Assists in manual handling activities as needed during operations.

Maintains accurate records and documentation for the assigned area and shift.

Qualifications & Experience

Airport Operations
High School with a Certificate OR Diploma in business administration / aviation / ground handling / customer serviceHigh School with a certificate: 4-6 years of experience in business administration / aviation / ground handling / customer serviceDiploma Holder: 2-4 years of experience in business administration / aviation / ground handling / customer service
