Spare Parts Management | Assists in managing and controlling spare parts, tools, and equipment in compliance with flydubai standards and requirements. |
Daily Operations Oversight | Oversees the daily operation of assigned warehouse functions, ensuring procedures are in accordance with codes and standards. Acts as the Department’s representative with financial auditors and regulatory authorities. |
Process Improvement | Establishes processes and procedures commensurate to business requirements, compliance, and drives improvements. |
Regulatory Compliance | Documents regulatory changes and instructions for conformance to incoming materials inspection, binning, issue of materials, and returns. |
Interdepartmental Reviews | Reviews related activities with Engineering/Maintenance, Materials, Finance, Health & Safety, Training, etc., ensuring compliance with flydubai and Regulatory authorities’ rules and regulations. |
Inventory Control | Conducts perpetual inventory checks, shelf-life control checks, hazmat material control, scrap control, self-audits, and accountability with analysis of discrepancy reports and plans for permanent resolution of discrepancy causes. |
Record Maintenance | Ensures that all store records are diligently maintained and business management reports are available as required (including value, volume, and usage reporting). |
Asset Control | Controls flydubai assets as per regulatory requirements in a cost-effective manner, prioritizing space optimization. |
Operations Management | Manages overall operations within the approved budget, including manpower utilization, job allocation, job rotation, and space management. Coordinates activities internally and externally with Maintenance, Materials, Engineering departments, and suppliers. |
Stock Count and Discipline | Maintains accurate on-hand stock count, staff discipline, and housekeeping. |
Safety and Health Compliance | Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations. |
Task Management | Demonstrates understanding of how to manage third parties, accomplish maintenance tasks, prioritize tasks, report discrepancies, and process work requested by the operator. Splits complex maintenance tasks into clear stages, manages resources, plans productions, works in a team, makes good decisions, shows leadership skills, promotes safety and quality policy, controls and is familiar with required tooling/equipment, and uses information systems. |
Knowledge Demonstration | Demonstrates knowledge of human factors, performance and limitations, logistics processes, relevant regulations (CAR-M, CAR-145), the maintenance organization exposition and procedures, occurrence reporting systems, safety risks, CDCCL & EWIS, critical maintenance tasks, work orders, work cards, and applicable maintenance data. |
