Detailed Responsibilities:
Introduce and Promote Products | As a Senior Sales Executive, introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information |
Coordinate Marketing Activities: | Achieve sales budget through marketing campaigns. |
Execute Sales Policies: | Support business growth and uniformity. |
Follow-up on Collection: | Ensure healthy working capital conditions. |
Customer Service: | Maintain relationships and handle complaints. |
CRM Management: | Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM, crucial for your role as a Senior Sales Executive. |
Coordinate Deliveries: | Ensure timely delivery and customer service. |
Liaise with Clients: | Introduce products and services to dealers/projects. |
Market Analysis: | Undertake area audits to identify market potential. |
Qualifications: | |
A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; an MBA is an added advantage. Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in the retail market, ideally as a Senior Sales Executive. Skills: Communication, time management, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving Technical Proficiency: in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for a Senior Sales Executive. |
