As a Senior Planning Officer, your primary goal is to offer operational assistance to our technical planning team to guarantee compliance with the approved maintenance program for the flydubai fleet. Here is a comprehensive outline of your main duties:

| Monitor Work Package Issuance | Oversee the daily compilation and issuance of work packages for the flydubai fleet. |
| Maintenance Progress Monitoring | Track and update the progress of ongoing maintenance activities. |
| Audit and Support | Conduct audits of completed work packages and assist the Technical Records team in identifying and addressing errors. |
| Resolve Work Package Delays | Ensure smooth completion by resolving any delays in work packages. |
| Planning and Production Support | Provide essential planning and production control support. |
| Maintenance Work Package Preparation | Assist in preparing maintenance work packages and supporting data. |
| Record Management | Manage the delivery and recording of received maintenance work packages. |
| Handover Log Audits | Conduct audits to ensure handover logs are accurately maintained in AMOS. |
| Technical Query Management | Respond to assigned Technical Assistance Queries in AMOS. |
| Material Coordination | Ensure timely pick-slips for materials needed for line maintenance work packages. |
| Work Package Closure | Verify and ensure accurate reporting and closure of completed work packages. |
| Deferment Management | Document deferment reasons and coordinate with Tech Planners for re-planning. |
| Task Card Updates | Ensure that check package findings are properly recorded on task cards. |
| Feedback Form Review | Review feedback from line maintenance and provide updates to relevant teams. |
| Parking Bay Coordination | Coordinate parking bay requirements for maintenance tasks. |
Qualifications You Need
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
