Professional StandardsStay updated with Emirates Group news and maintain professional and company standards.
Support for Travel AgentsAssist Travel Agents with bookings and special arrangements, guide on special fares, and fulfill complex queries such as medical cases and special services.
Team LeadershipDeputize for Team Leaders in their absence and provide guidance to other team members.
First Point of ContactHandle complex bookings, challenging customer interactions, and special services queries from CSSAs.
Experience3+ years in a contact center or reservations office within the airline or travel industry.
EducationEducated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or equivalent.
SkillsKnowledge of industry procedures, standard fares and ticketing, Skywards, and reservation systems. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word/Excel/Email. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
Other RequirementsRight to work and live in Pakistan.
