Key Responsibilities:
| Oversee GHA Service Quality: Monitor and ensure the service provided by GHA is consistent with EK standards. This includes build instructions, maximizing available space, load control, safety, and adherence to flight instructions. |
| Cargo Documentation Management: Prepare and verify accurate cargo documentation, monitor consignment status, and ensure that all documentation complies with local regulations and company policies. |
| Flight Handling and Reporting: Update flight handling reports by identifying and monitoring irregularities and discrepancies. Dispatch post-flight information to the appropriate departments promptly. |
| Customer Service and Query Resolution: Handle cargo telephone reservations efficiently and resolve customer queries, complaints, and claims, including those escalated by Cargo Agents. |
| Administrative Support: Complete administrative duties as directed by the Cargo Supervisor or Officer, including data entry, statistics, and report generation. |
| Team Support and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to Cargo Agents, and cover operational duties such as freighter operations as directed. |
| ULD Control Management: Manage ULD control registration with GHA/NOMAD, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant. |
Qualifications & Experience:
| Education: Good standard of secondary education. |
| Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Airline/Cargo Operations environment, including at least 2 years as a Cargo Agent or equivalent. |
| Skills and Certifications |
| Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations and a valid DG certificate. |
| Familiarity with Weight & Balance procedures and Live Animal Regulations. |
| Fluency in both written and spoken German and English. |
