| Key Responsibilities | ||
| Evaluate capacity requests beyond AUH, ensuring compliance with SLAs. | ||
| Manage truck schedules and handle special cargo requests. | ||
| Provide recommendations on adhoc capacity changes to the Network Planning team. | ||
| Coordinate with Operations Control for short-term aircraft adjustments. | ||
| Optimize daily flight capacities and adjust forecasts as required. | ||
| Monitor overbooking levels and prioritize shipments based on OBPL and contribution. | ||
| Handle operational disruptions and ensure effective recovery and rebooking. | ||
| Develop steering strategies for route portfolios based on demand analysis. | ||
| Participate in seasonal allocation reviews and ensure optimal performance. | ||
| Collaborate with the Pricing Department on route strategy optimization. | ||
| Requirements | ||
| Bachelor’s Degree preferred. | Strong analytical and decision-making skills. | Minimum of three years’ experience in airline cargo or related fields. |
| Proficiency in logistics, supply chain management, and cargo operations. | Familiarity with Cargo Revenue Management Systems and Cargo Reservation Systems. | |
