The Regional Head of Direct Sales is responsible for extending technology consultancy to Jazz’s corporate customers, aligning with Jazz’s strategy of transitioning from TelCo to TechCo. This role involves serving as a thought leader on product questions, technical integrations, success stories, and technology trends. The role leads a direct sales team and indirectly oversees a team of 10-15 consultants, focusing on product uptake, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Grow technology portfolios through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
Serve as a thought leader on product questions and industry knowledge.
Manage existing and new capabilities like Opportunity Management and Account Management.
Provide inputs on revenue targets, market potential, and product development.
Apply a data-driven approach to analyze the market and determine regional revenue potential.
Drive sales opportunities and engagements in the enterprise space.
Ensure high-quality technology consultancy for organizations using Jazz products.
Lead teams to identify, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
Engage with senior management at client organizations to build strong long-term relationships.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure the team is aligned with the vision and motivated to fulfill targets.
Manage important KPIs such as customer service, churn rate, and customer retention.
Build strong influence across the organization to achieve goals.
Participate in market development activities, forums, and customer events.
Requirements: | ||
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a similar role in sales or business development. | Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably MBA in Marketing, Management, or similar discipline. | Strong industry knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and business acumen. |
Experience in solution selling and engagement with system integrators. | Strong understanding of technological gaps and leveraging product portfolio. | Demonstrated sales background and experience managing large teams. |
