Key Responsibilities:
Managing Recruitment Projects:
Lead and manage recruitment projects from start to finish, focusing on positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics & Procurement, or Construction & Property.Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, develop customized strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.Ensure recruitment processes are carried out in line with company policies and client expectations.
Building and Managing Client Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and new clients, becoming their trusted recruitment partner.Actively pursue new client acquisition to expand the client portfolio and increase market presence.Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Active Sourcing of Candidates:
Develop and implement innovative candidate sourcing strategies using various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.Proactively search for and attract new candidates to maintain a strong talent pool for ongoing and future recruitment needs.Build a robust database of high-caliber candidates by conducting thorough screenings, assessments, and interviews.
Analysis and Selection of Candidate Applications:
Analyze and evaluate candidate applications to match them with client requirements.Conduct in-depth interviews and recruitment meetings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Prepare candidate profiles and present them to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the role.
Providing Superior Customer Service:
Act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, providing expert advice on market trends, salary expectations, and career development.Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.Address any client or candidate concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Contributing to Team Success:
Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and events to contribute to the overall success of the Hays Poland team.
Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process.
