Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Logistics Tasks | Coordinate and manage tasks associated with Flight Crew Relations initiatives, projects, and support programs aimed at enhancing flight crew satisfaction, recognition, and performance. | |
On-Call Support | Deliver on-call services to support flight crew members, promptly addressing Flight Crew Relations inquiries in close coordination with the primary Flight Crew Relations collaborator, ensuring timely and efficient resolution | |
Fleet Management Support | Assist Fleet management by promptly and accurately addressing flight crew inquiries as delegated, ensuring effective and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholder customers | |
Investigations and Record-Keeping | Assist with investigations, proceedings, and meetings, ensuring meticulous maintenance of all associated record-keeping processes, in close coordination and under the guidance of the primary Flight Crew Relations collaborator. | |
Data Analytics | Support the primary Flight Crew Relations collaborator in generating essential data analytics to evaluate the efficiency of departmental processes and procedures, including report generation, employee survey administration, and presenting data-driven insights for management evaluation. | |
Performance Analysis | Analyze and identify trends in flight crew employee performance in collaboration with the primary FCR collaborator, compiling and evaluating data to proactively highlight performance shortfalls to senior fleet management. | |
Long-Term Sickness and Medical Suspensions | Monitor flight crew members on long-term sickness and medical suspensions, offer support and initiate case reviews with the primary FCR collaborator and Fleet Administration lead to determine necessary follow-up actions, aligning with departmental policies and procedures for presentation to Senior Fleet Management. | |
Written Feedback | Provide written feedback on behalf of Senior Fleet Management to flight crew members, addressing matters such as appreciation and recognition, uniform standard, opportunities for improvement regarding non-conformances related to uniform standards, and any other issues pertaining to flight crew customer support. | |
Communication Facilitation | Assist the lead collaborator in managing administrative and logistics functions to support the Base Operations Captains, facilitating effective communication between them and senior management. | |
Operational Reports | Compile and prepare operational reports utilizing data provided by Base Captains, identifying, and bringing attention to any noted issues | |
Flight Crew Appreciation | Formulate strategies and conceptualize initiatives to enhance flight crew member appreciation and recognition. | |
Vendor Sourcing | Engage in vendor sourcing and negotiation for recognition award certificates and other loyalty giveaways to enhance the flight crew members’ experience. | |
Crew Morale Programs | Assist in executing programs and initiatives designed to enhance crew morale, acknowledge achievements, and resolve conflicts, thereby fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for flight crew members |
Qualifications Required
Minimum Education Level:
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
Licenses (if applicable):
- UAE Driving License an advantage
Languages:
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

Years with Qualifications: | 4 | |
Professional Experience: | Minimum 4 years of experience in airline crew operations environment (flight deck or cabin). | |
Systems Knowledge (if applicable): | Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). | Basic working knowledge with the AIMS Crew Rostering System and Tableau an advantage. |
