Patient Care Oversight: The Nursing Incharge Abu Dhabi ensures that all patients receive safe and effective care. This involves assessing patient needs, implementing appropriate interventions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure that care is both timely and appropriate.
Clinical Leadership: You’ll coordinate the overall clinical activities of the unit, especially when acting in the charge nurse role. This requires collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor to maintain staffing levels and to plan and implement clinical programs.
Patient Advocacy: As a Nursing Incharge in Abu Dhabi, you will act as a patient advocate, representing nursing at multidisciplinary rounds and ensuring that patient care decisions are made with their best interests in mind.
Training and Development: Part of your role will involve training and educating nursing staff, promoting a learning environment, and facilitating evidence-based practice.
Equipment and Stock Management: You’ll be responsible for the maintenance of equipment, drug, and consumable stock in the unit, ensuring that all resources are available and in good working condition.

To qualify for this role, you must have a proven ability to manage teams and possess a valid nursing license under the relevant regulatory health authority, such as DoH or DHA. Additionally, candidates should have a basic life support qualification obtained within the past 24 months. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, as is a willingness to work across different departments when necessary
