Responsibilities | ||
Familiarize with the market area, meet retailers and franchise owners. – Mentor team members, take ownership of their issues, and escalate as needed. – Devise plans to increase sales of handsets, wifi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers. – Coordinate with Commercial Planning for campaigns to boost Postpaid business penetration. – Establish and maintain distribution and retail networks throughout the region. – Manage franchise and retail channels, motivating and counseling concerned parties. – Achieve monthly KPI targets such as Postpaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-in, MNP, Gross adds, Jazz Cash Wallets, and 4G penetration. – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets and strengthen channels. | ||
Requirements | ||
6 to 10 years of experience in sales distribution, channel development, and retail management. – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institute. – Proven experience in challenging projects with end-to-end responsibility. – Motivation to work in remote areas and mentor team members. – Ability to supervise sales and franchise management teams, acting as a change catalyst. – Excellent communication skills, resilience, professionalism, and maturity. | ||
