Key Responsibilities:
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all matters directed to the MD/ED. Conduct research, prioritize incoming issues, and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response. |
Correspondence Management: Receive, screen, and evaluate all written correspondence. Develop and disseminate responses independently, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and accuracy. |
Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily activities of the office’s administrative support staff, including scheduling, diary management, and task prioritization. Ensure consistent administrative support to the MD/ED’s direct reports, manage leave, and maintain adequate coverage. |
Program and Project Management: Manage special programs initiated by the MD/ED, some with NEOM-wide impact. Assist with budget planning, review, and finalization for the MD/ED’s office. |
Approval and Transaction Oversight: Review and approve transactions as delegated, ensuring compliance and advising the MD/ED on dispositions. Coordinate recruitment efforts for key executive roles. |
Policy Compliance and Interpretation: Provide assistance in understanding and interpreting NEOM’s policies and procedures. Ensure all office operations align with NEOM’s policy provisions and standards. |
Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate key events for the MD/ED, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. |
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills Needed:
Strong analytical skills for research, report writing, and decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills to manage records, data, and meet deadlines.
Advanced computer skills with experience in software and web-based systems for personnel management, report writing, and project management.
Ability to work effectively as a team player and caretaker.
Educational Background:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
