Schedule and Prioritize Backlog Items
Manage the technical product backlog by scheduling user stories into the Sprint plan.
Focus on delivering business value initiatives regularly and on time.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage Risks and Dependencies
Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure the smooth flow of value.
Remove impediments and blockers to enable optimal performance of the Scrum teams.
Guide and Coach Scrum Teams
Provide guidance on Agile/Scrum practices to enhance team performance and delight the business.
Assess and elevate the Scrum Maturity level of the team, coaching them to higher
levels at a sustainable and comfortable pace.
Empower team members to be fully engaged in initiatives, promoting a culture
of meaningful contribution and sustainable work pace.
Collaborate with Technical Product Owners (TPOs)
Work closely with TPOs to refine, clarify, and maintain the product backlog.
Collaborate on scheduling and committing stories into sprints and visualizing progress.
Support TPOs in managing business expectations and providing transparency for all initiatives.
Champion Process Improvement
Define and manage a well-structured Agile delivery process.
Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Delivery Management.
Effectively manage conflict resolution within the team.
Ensure Adherence to Standards
Ensure compliance with the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done (DOD) for all tasks.
Monitor the contribution of each team member, ensuring they are fully engaged and making meaningful contributions.
Encourage adherence to the agreed quality management plan and maintain an agile project management tool (e.g., ScrumDesk, JIRA).

Education:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a field related to Computer Science or similar.
Certified Scrum Master with at least 3 years of practical experience applying Scrum Management discipline. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in agile delivery within the context of small to medium technology change programs.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in using tools for software delivery, such as MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on core Scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
Proven experience in leading teams and driving them towards high performance.
