Global Quality Management System Support:
Assist the Quality and Compliance Manager in implementing and maintaining the global Quality Management System.
Review, publish, and develop processes, systems, and tools, ensuring awareness and compliance.
Audit Facilitation and Documentation:
Facilitate and support training on the dnata Hub platform (Governance Risk Compliance system).
Ensure all audit findings are captured, and the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) process is followed.
Audit Checklists and Tools:
Develop, update, and distribute audit checklists.
Oversee the effective use of audit tools, ensuring regular updates and proper application.
Direction and Problem-Solving:
Provide direction and problem-solving support during Quality initiatives, forums, business reviews, and visits.
Share updates internally and ensure the timely submission of audit reports.
Compliance Monitoring:
Review and oversee CAPA plans submitted by auditees.
Ensure adequate actions are taken to close audit findings and support the preparation of monthly and quarterly CAPA reviews.
KPI Reporting:
Provide monthly KPI reports to highlight shortcomings and track compliance results.
Develop and utilize reporting dashboards to analyze data and present findings.
Certification and Procurement Support:
Support the Quality and Compliance Manager with certification processes and global initiatives.
Coordinate the procurement of IATA manuals for global teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
To qualify for the role of Quality Assurance Auditor, you must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Aviation, Ground Handling, or Airline services with at least 3-5 years of audit experience.
Certification: Certified Lead Quality Auditor with knowledge of standards such as ISO, AHM, IGOM, ICHM, ISAGO.
Skills:
Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, KPI management, and auditing tools. Experience with Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) platforms is a plus.
