Introduce and Promote ProductsAs a Senior Sales Executive, introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information
Coordinate Marketing Activities: Achieve sales budget through marketing campaigns.
Execute Sales Policies: Support business growth and uniformity.
Follow-up on Collection: Ensure healthy working capital conditions.
Customer Service: Maintain relationships and handle complaints.
CRM Management: Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM, crucial for your role as a Senior Sales Executive.
Coordinate Deliveries: Ensure timely delivery and customer service.
Liaise with Clients: Introduce products and services to dealers/projects.
Market Analysis: Undertake area audits to identify market potential.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; an MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in the retail market, ideally as a Senior Sales Executive.
Skills: Communication, time management, multi-tasking, negotiation, problem-solving
Technical Proficiency: in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for a Senior Sales Executive.
