RESPONSIBILITIES
– Executes quality control program in line with GCAA and flydubai requirements extending to all areas of airport operations.
– Conducts quality control checks across network stations to ensure effectiveness of ground operations and produces trends for management.
– Assists in developing Safety Alerts and handling notices based on quality control and compliance checks.
– Manages non-conformances raised during station audits and works with stations to develop corrective and preventive actions.
– Conducts station briefings to implement immediate actions from safety reports and non-conformances.
– Ensures accurate collation of non-conformances from annual station audits and designs corrective actions and mitigation plans.
– Monitors trends and industry updates ensuring flydubai adopts the latest and best practice processes.
– Prepares and publishes management reports for relevant stakeholders.
– Reviews and implements changes required from GCAA and IATA publications for flydubai airport manuals and documents.
– Oversees the proficiency of turnaround operations and provides key recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum Education LevelBachelor’s Degree (3+ years)
LanguagesFluent in English
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3 years with Qualifications
Experience in airport operations such as passenger services, baggage services, ground handling operations, dangerous goods regulations, ramp handling, loading, pushback, de-icing, and into-plane fueling.
Experience with B737 and other narrow-body aircraft (preferable)

ISR REQUIREMENTS
