Manage and ensure a safe, efficient, cost-effective, and timely airport operation to maintain and enhance the company’s image, reputation, and passenger service levels. Ensure compliance with commercial, safety, and security policies, standards, and procedures. Take prompt action to address passenger issues and uphold Service Level Agreements, OTPs, and KPIs.

Strategy Implementation | Implement and review strategies to ensure airport staff adhere to procedures and standards as per Airport Services Procedures. | |
Performance Targets | Achieve Ground Handling targets for flight punctuality, check-in standards, and baggage services through effective liaison with handling agents and service providers. | |
Staff Development | Lead and develop a disciplined, motivated workforce, ensuring adherence to passenger service and operational standards. | |
Administrative Duties | Execute administrative tasks accurately and timely, including reports, appraisals, claim settlements, and complaint investigations. | |
Procedure Review | Regularly review local procedures for handling diversions, delays, disruptions, and emergencies. | |
Competency Checks | Assess staff competency in areas such as Load Control to maintain operational standards. | |
Official Representation | Represent the company in official forums and coordinate with government entities (Customs, Immigration, etc.). | |
Relationship Management | Foster strong relationships with internal departments, airport authorities, GHAs, and service providers. | |
Budget Management | Accountable for budgeting revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure to ensure cost-efficient operations. | |
Emergency Planning | Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP), conduct training, and advocate for awareness among airport stakeholders. |
Qualifications & Experience
Requirement | Details | |
Education | Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) | |
Experience | Minimum 8 years in airport operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role. | |
Skills | Advanced knowledge in Passenger Services, Ground Operations, Baggage Claims, Reservations & Ticketing, Weight and Balance. Familiarity with Flight Planning and Meteorology. Fluent in English and local language. | |
Other Info | Must have the right to work and live in Pakistan. Adherence to health, safety requirements, and safe working practices is mandatory. | |
